Rodrigo Tomas is pursuing a PhD degree with the concentration in Neuroscience. Joining the Nguyen lab team, Rodrigo is excited about studying how the pathogenic variants of SVA-E repeat expansion mutation in CASP8 contribute to Alzheimer's disease.
Beside science, Rodrigo enjoys filling up the boards in the lab with beautiful drawings and hitting tennis balls and running on the tennis court during weekend.
